Logging your exercise and nutrition can be very strategic in helping to improve your fitness.
In this "Perform Workouts" module of Mbsa, we want to help you log your workouts and exercises and how much of these you have done (called measures. A measure, measures how many reps, sets even how much time you spend on a cardio machine and also, what % range of motion you used).
You can create a workout and create exercises to attatch to each workout.
You can also choose to make those workouts, exercises and measures available to others or you can make keep them private just for you. You need to have a way to measure what you do during an exercise. So, as you perform these exercises, you can log measures like time, number, texts or percent. For instance, you can create a workout called 'My morning workout at home'. Then you can create two exercises, one called 'My pushups' and another exercise for this same workout called 'My dumbbell curls'.
You can then add measures to the 'My pushups' exercise. You would create a measure under 'My pushups' called 'My pushup reps' and assign it as a number and another measure like 'My pushup time' and assign it as a time.
In the end you will have this:
My workout is called 'My morning workout at home'
During this workout, I only did the exercise called 'My pushups'.
Today I did 15 pushups (My pushup reps) within 1 minute (My pushup time).
You can add as many workouts, exercises and measures as you like.
Try it, just register, its free for all those who register during this current module1.
We are continuing to add functionality to this current free module1 which will eventually be released as module2.
We will have a future module that will help you log Nutrition.
